Vitamins and Supplements List For Chronic Illness

My long list of vitamins and supplements help my chronic ill body.

My lack of pituitary function, coupled with Relapsing Polychondritis, Pulmonary Emboli and Fibromyalgia have caused my body to run amuck. I am not sure if my body absorbs much of the handful of supplements I take daily.

The day after I give myself a weekly vitamin b injection I  usually have a little energy burst.

My primary goal for swallowing a handful daily vitamins and supplements is to acquire some additional energy.

I have recently included  L-Carnitine to my mixture of daily potions in a hope of stopping my increasing muscle spasms. Numerous doctors have informed me that continued steroid usage may contribute to rapid, bone loss.

So, to help prevent bone decay I take my calcium twice a day. My vitamin and supplement list was a creatation of much trial and error.

I find my HypoGal body works best when I take the following vitamins and supplements daily:

  • Vitamin B injections (Weekly)
  • Vitamin C Multi-Vitamin
  • Vitamin D3
  • DHEA (7-Keto)
  • Potassium
  • Calcium
  • Citrucel
  • Iron
  • Folic Acid
  • Triple Omega 3
  • Resveratrol
  • L-Carnitine
  • Oregano Oil
  • Thermatabs   (Salt replacement tablets. I increase my Thermatabs during warm weather)

I LOVE Thermotabs!

Thermatabs help me balance my sodium during excerise and warm weather. Besides, the terrific results I experience from Thermatabs, they are inexpensive.

If you are interest in trying the Thermatabs then you can learn more and order from here:
