Dear Dr. Hada,

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the outcome of my recent dental treatment. Your latest message came across as self-serving and dismissive, and I feel compelled to respond with clarity and honesty.

As noted in my health chart, I have adrenal insufficiency, which makes any medical or dental procedure physically taxing. The added stress of having to endure multiple veneer removals and replacements has significantly impacted my health. Stress of any kind takes a serious toll on my body.
In addition to adrenal failure, I also live with:
* Hypopituitarism
* Chronic pulmonary embolisms
* Relapsing Polychondritis

You were informed of my medical conditions prior to treatment.

When I explained my experience with you placed my veneers incorrectly implanted not once, but twice, the referring ortdontist was visibly surprised and concerned. He expressed confusion about why you continued placing the veneers after the first sign of an error. He likened the oversight to painting a wall the wrong color and not noticing it immediately. His dental assistants also questioned why proper color checks weren’t done first.

The use of Nitrous Oxide in my case, despite my complex health conditions, has further compromised my immune system. I’ve had to increase steroid medications, visit multiple specialists, and pay for costly compounded medications—none of which would have been necessary had proper precautions been taken.

Your office initially offered to refund my payment without conditions. I have not asked for compensation for my medical issues—only the promised refund. Now you’re imposing new conditions that feel arbitrary and controlling. I do not accept being supervised or restricted in how the refund is returned.

Neighbors and friends are shocked by my experience. The fact that six veneers were placed and then immediately chiseled out is difficult to comprehend. I was devastated by the final result, especially after the rushed nature of my second appointment. You spent less than an hour placing the veneers and then insisted they looked “fabulous.” I was near tears looking in the mirror—one tooth was clearly bucked, and I immediately voiced my concern. You minimized my feedback, shaved down one tooth, and told me the appearance would improve once swelling went down. You also dismissed my concern by saying, “I’m sure you have things to do.”

The next day, when I picked up my retainer (January 25, 2024), you acknowledged that my permanent veneers looked different from the temporaries. Still, no corrective action was taken.
The idea of returning to your office for another appointment is distressing. Whether molds were lost or mishandled is not my responsibility. I’ve sent you photos showing misalignment in my front teeth.
I trusted your care based on my orthodontist’s referral . Your fee was nearly double that of my original dentist, but I believed it reflected expertise. Unfortunately, that trust was misplaced.
At this point, I am still paying Care Credit for a service I did not receive. That feels unethical and, frankly, like theft.
Please confirm today whether you will honor your original promise and refund me directly—without new stipulations. I deserve closure and fairness.

Although Deborah is no longer with us, her spirit lives on in the lives she touched and the legacy she created. Let us carry her message forward—one of courage, love, and relentless perseverance—and continue the work she began to make the world a better place for those facing similar battles.
